Mark winning the Medley
120kg farmers (no straps) 200kg tyre flip, 280kg drag
Ben just missing a 132.5kg log
Ben and Mark tied for 1st on the log press with 130kg Adam Travis's 11reps (which was joint 1st on the event with Ben) on a 180kg axle squat was really impressive, no wraps, no belt, all reps ass to the grass. Awesome performances all round.
