20 year old Dave Neloson breaks 600lbs barrier

20-year-old Dave Nelson (181) bench pressed 617 pounds at the UPA Bench Bash for Cash which was held on July 11 in Dubuque, Iowa. The press makes Nelson the second youngest lifter ever, under 200 pounds, to break the 600 pound barrier. Matt Handshue was the youngest. It is also the fifth ranked press on the Powerlifting Watch Lifter Rankings...
