British Bodybuilding Magazines

There are, of course, UK versions of some overseas magazines (Flex and Muscle & Fitness being obvious ones plus Muscle Mag International) but I should have included these two yesterday. You MUST support home grown or home based magazines as well as the big US ones.

So here's the cover of the latest 'The Beef' (Alex McKenna's rag). Alex, along with Eric Guy, is one of the busiest muscle photographers in the UK. Also makes me laugh every time we meet (v dry). Go to http://www.alexmac.biz/







Another well worth a look is Body Fitness. http://www.bodyfitness-uk.com/ It usually has some sort of give away booklet attached.
