UK based fed sites

Trying to find decent results and photos from events can prove difficult. However, the UKBFF (United Kingdom Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation - the UK branch of the IFBB) has both in spades. Go here and enjoy: http://www.ukbff.co.uk/

Photos from a bunch of shows (mostly by Eric Guy - still owe him a proper coffee...) and results to boot. The main IFBB site... hmm. Lots of info on the how and why and loads of photos of the people in charge here and there but that's your lot (links!!)

As with any organisation in the Iron Game, be they 'natural' or otherwise they need your support to succeed and grow. So no moaning ya here!
